I know trying to find solutions to reduce stress can be overwhelming. I offer a unique blend of Mindfulness, Creative Art Therapies and Root-Cause Therapy to heal limiting beliefs, reduce the effect of past trauma and empower you to regain control over your life. Asking for help is the first step and you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach is bespoke. I create holistic programmes tailored around the person that you are and guide you to become the person you want to be. From one-to-ones to group activities, you can choose what works best for you.

My work is organic and holistic to support each person. Mindfulness meets creative arts. Nature meets therapy. All my knowledge has been built to develop long-term strategies that are accessible. I offer a choice that each person can pick from so that there is an element of choice and ensuring people can choose activities they enjoy and can relate to. This has a better chance to be grown into new healthy habits and a better lifestyle. Tasks will take work and personal commitment, strengthening accountability and progress that can be seen. These techniques respect the reality of our modern life and its extreme pressures.

In time, better health, work/life balance, confidence, stronger motivation, deeper sleep, working towards personal goals will become easier to tackle and achieve.

I teach Jon Kabat Zinn’s pillars of mindfulness by applying practical tasks and coping strategies to all areas of life, how it can struggle with modern stresses and how to overcome this. I help build awareness of how your body and mind can hold you back, how it can struggle with modern stresses and how to overcome this.

The tools I use are specifically designed for mental health and wellbeing but chosen for long term benefit rather than a quick fix approach. Even though mindfulness benefits are now well publicised, it does not stop at meditation but instead radiates to small changes that make a deep change to our stress response by bringing a sense of calm that stays with you.

Taking a break from the “monkey mind” that we all know well as the inner-critic helps release trauma and inner-tension. Each tool or technique will target health, work/life balance, confidence, sleep, relationships, and working towards personal goals. Creative arts allow me to teach how to tap into the right side of the brain to relieve stress, enter flow in the present moment whilst improving self-esteem and confidence because it all starts with you.

Why is it hard to ask for help? We try to be strong or, at the very least, show a strong front when we fall to pieces inside. We can think for right or wrong reasons that asking for help makes us weak, but this is where strength starts.

Asking for support is the first step to identifying your needs, finding your voice and knowing finding a way forward is the only option. Once you isolate what your unease is, it becomes easier to find solutions and coping strategies. Only you know what you need.

I strongly believe applying the pillars of mindfulness to all areas of life works and adding creativity helps access flow. Creative arts and root-cause therapies help overcome blocks and limiting beliefs without the trauma of talking events through.

This powerful combination is a carefully chosen and organic way to handle a holistic approach to a person’s wellbeing. There are many dimensions to who you are, and my courses and sessions support the whole of you.

I respond to people’s needs and energy and provide them with a variety of strategies that they can choose from, which reflects their personality and resonates with who they are.
